Originally hailing from Amsterdam, Arnold Hoeksma (right) joined
us in 2013. After working for two years alongside the team at Smithfield, he soon moved to assume command over the kitchens at Bread & Wine and Matlby.

Farouk Gohil is a valued member of the St. John family who has worked with us for over ten years. After leaving his post at Smithfield, he moved to Bread & Wine where he also took over managment at
St. John Maltby.

Assistant Restaurant Manager
Toni began his career with us on the floor at Smithfield in 2013. Since then, he has ably taken on more responsibility and was soon appointed Restaurant Supervisor over these two sites. His brother works in our Druid Street Bakery as a baking apprentice.
