Trevor and Fergus are very much involved in the day to day operations at all of our restaurants, their office is based above the original St. JOHN.
Working alongside Trevor and Fergus is a team of experienced and dedicated chefs, managers and front of house staff.

Graham has been in the St. John family for years, having moved to Smithfield from his position as Manager at Bread & Wine. His favourite dish is Rabbit, Prunes & Bacon.
