For one night only Fergus and Trevor will be heading west to cook with the team at High Road House in Chiswick, part of the SoHo House Group. Roast Bone Marrow and Parsley Salad, Eccles Cake and Lancashire cheese are on a classic St. John menu and Trevor can guide you to the wine too.

They'll be out in the room to talk to folk and also enjoy the evening once the hard work in the kitchen is happily in train.

The event is £55 a head, with the added bonus of Fergus' new book being brought along, so signed copies of The Complete Nose to Tail will be available!
