We offer our Christmas Feasting Menu to any booking of 9 or more, from December 1st until we close for Christmas following dinner on December 23rd. We're sorry but we cannot offer our a la carte menu to tables of 10 or more over the festive season.
There are five menus, all structured around a central beast or fish, with food served in feasting style on sharing platters. Please select one menu for the whole group to share. Vegetarians are catered for separately.
The menus have been created for a balanced feast. Should you wish to swap starters or desserts with a different feast, this is possible with all but the Goose Feast.
We have private dining facilities for up to 18 guests. If you are in the main dining room you may not be sat on one large table but on adjacent tables. St. JOHN is not decorated and we discourage excessive paraphernalia from the tables during December. We celebrate the festive period with good food and fine wine.
During December we request your confirmed selection 14 working days in advance of the reservation. With less than seven working days’ notice we are unable to guarantee availability with our suppliers.
In order to secure the booking we require your card details. Your details are password secure and are automatically deleted from our records 48 hours after your reservation has passed.
Please note that the cancellation policy is one week prior to your reservation with no charge. Should you cancel or amend your reservation within the one week cancellation policy there will be a charge.
